How to use Pledge Manager

Our Pledge Manager site is the platform where you will finalize your order. There you can confirm or upgrade your pledge level, select any additional sets you'd like, confirm your shipping address, and submit payment. You are able to make adjustments to your order until the close of our Pledge Manager period on June 2, 2023.

Please remember: Kickstarter doesn’t tell us your address or your set selections.  So without your Pledge Manager input, we can’t produce or ship your order. You must complete the Pledge Manager in order to receive your rewards.

Any stretch goal selections will take place after the Pledge Manager closes, since your combined Kickstarter and Pledge Manager subtotal will determine your Treasure Chest options. Please see our Stretch Goal Rules for more details.

FAQs

We will release Pledge Manager invitations in waves, starting at midday on Tuesday, May 2nd. We send the invites gradually to make sure everything’s working smoothly before putting too much traffic into the system.

If all goes well, all invitations should be dispatched by midday, Wednesday, May 3rd. (We’ll update you all either way by Thursday morning, May 4th.)

Any stretch goal selections will take place after the Pledge Manager closes.

This is because funding added during Pledge Manager (for product, not for shipping/tax) also counts toward Treasure Chest Stretch Goal allocations. After set selections close on June 2, we will calculate your final Treasure Chest allotment. Then, over a 2 week period in late June, all those who receive Treasure Chest allocations will be re-invited to Pledge Manager to make their Stretch Goal selections. Please see our Stretch Goal Rules for more details.

You can reopen your order at anytime during the Pledge Manager period (through June 2). Any additions will become a new, separate transaction from your initial checkout.

If you'd like to add more than one landmark or district pledge level to your order, we can do this for you manually. Please reach out to us at customersupport@dwarvenforge.com with your request.

If you pledged at Build Your Own level, you will be able to upgrade to any painted or unpainted pledge level.

If you pledged for any level above Build Your Own and would like to see to unpainted pledge level options, please send a request to customersupport@dwarvenforge.com

Pledge Manager set selections will lock on Friday, June 2nd.  Address changes afterward can be made by emailing customersupport@dwarvenforge.com.

The tool we're using for shipping calculation on Pledge Manager maxes out at 500 lbs. If you are placing a large order and your shipping cost looks disproportionate to your subtotal, please contact us to troubleshoot and manually adjust your shipping.
