This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://dwarvenforge.com (the “Site”).

When you provide your email address to us through our “Join our Email List” link or through participation in our Kickstarters, we store your email address and send updates on our products. Those emails include an “unsubscribe” link to remove yourself from our company or Kickstarter email updates.
We collect the IP address, username, email, and password of people who register for our online Forum. Only registered users may post on our Forum. We do not use personal information for email or online marketing. We store any messages or photos contributed by registered users indefinitely on computers located in the United States. Forum users may change their personal information by logging in and accessing the profile tab or may request assistance by emailing webmaster@dwarvenforge.com.
When we talk about “Personal Information” further on in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
COOKIES
We use Cookies to ensure the proper operation of our website store and Forum. These Cookies ensure that your experience of our site is optimal.
By using the Site you may also receive certain third party Cookies on your computer or device. Third party Cookies are those placed by websites, services and/or parties other than us. We do not use your order information or information collected via our Forum for email marketing relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
